For Customers
How do I book a service?
To book a service: 1) Create an account or log in, 2) Browse services or search for specific skills, 3) Review worker profiles, ratings, and prices, 4) Click "Book Now" on your chosen service, 5) Complete the payment, and you're all set!
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, online banking (FPX), and e-wallets through our secure payment partners Billplz and ToyyibPay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, you can cancel a booking according to our cancellation policy. The refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel. Please check the specific service's cancellation terms before booking.
What if I'm not satisfied with a service?
If you're not satisfied with a service, please contact our support team immediately. We take customer satisfaction seriously and will work to resolve any issues. You can also leave a review to help other customers make informed decisions.
For Workers
How do I become a worker on JomGig?
To become a worker: 1) Register for an account, 2) Complete your profile with relevant experience and skills, 3) Upload verification documents (IC/passport), 4) Create your service offerings with descriptions and pricing, 5) Wait for approval, and start receiving bookings!
How do I get paid?
Payments are transferred to your JomGig wallet after service completion. You can withdraw funds to your bank account at any time. We process withdrawals within 1-3 business days.
What are the fees for workers?
JomGig charges a service fee on each completed booking. The fee structure is transparent and displayed before you confirm any service. There are no hidden charges or upfront costs.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes! As a worker, you have full control over your service pricing. You can set hourly rates, fixed prices, or package deals based on your expertise and market demand.
